Notice can be severed to the importer regarding pending bill of entries. If customer comes through other bank, then notice can be served to the importer's bank too. In case, importer shows inability to produce Bill of Entry, then a template can be produced for the certificate to be issued by the Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary.
